Whatever I say or write about Sachin would have already been written and told 'n' number of times by 'n' number of people. Irrespective of what is being said (both bouquets and brick-bats), Sachin remains totally balanced and has carried on with his game. Though he has numerous records to his name, he never makes any fuss about any of it. When Sachin scores a century, whole of India rejoices. Such is the greatness of Sachin. No doubt, he is God's gift to Indian cricket. Someone, during one of the test matches in Australia, wrote a banner - "I have seen God. He plays for India at No.4" - (No.4 is the position Sachin plays in Test matches) !!

** SACHIN **
Sachin became the first person to score a 200 in a one day game today (Feb/24). He scored a double century, remained not out and immediately returned to the field when India started bowling. Such is the commitment of this man and that is what has made him what he is today. I am immensely happy that Sachin achieved this unique record today.

It is remarkable that he is doing all this at this age.And his commitment to the game is till the same even after playing non stop cricket for 20 years. His one day records cannot be broken in near future, but Ponting is chasing the Test records. I feel that Ponting, or any so called "Aggressive Aussies" deserve to be at the top.

I always believed that it is either Sehwag or Gilchrist who would create the record. Happy that Sachin is playing with the same enthusiasm which he had in 1990s.

I sincerely wanted to comment that 'Ricky ponting or other Aussies DO NOT deserve to be at the top, But ended up meaning exactly the opposite.
